Required Documentation
The following is a checklist of documentation that locums will need to provide for employers:
- GMC Certificate, Licence to Practice & Inclusion on GP Register
- Evidence of appraisal/revalidation due date
- BLS Certificate
- Child Safeguarding Certificate
- Adult Safeguarding Certificate
- CRB / DRB check
- Hepatitis B status
- Defence Union Membership
